MBT Cambodia
MBT Cambodia, since its inception in November 2017, has been working in partnership with international organizations on real estate and manufacturing projects. With the trust earned from national and international partner companies and based on values of honesty, high confidence and the successful implementation of various projects, we now have the opportunity to lead the development of real estate and manufacturing projects in Cambodia.

Our Chairman
Mr. KHENG SOKHA is the Founder and Chairman of MBT CAMBODIA GROUP, a project development company offering services in feasibility, financial, design and implementation of real estate development, infrastructure development, manufacturing, food production and import and export activities.
As Senior Business Development Manager he excelled in driving growth and revenue for the organizations with a unique blend of strategy and execution. His responsibilities were to strengthen a company's market position and maximize business performance. Common duties included; building client relationships, balancing stakeholders, detecting new business opportunities, and negotiating and closing deals. His services as business development manager were networking, negotiation, communication, business acumen, sales expertise, analytical thinking and computer proficiency.
His skills include; strategic planning and execution; revenue growth; cross-functional teams; market research and analysis; sales management; customer relationship management; effective negotiation; project management; process improvement.
In 2022, Mr. KHENG Sokha was awarded a Royal Order of the Kingdom of Cambodia, Mohasena – Grand Officer Class by His Majesty King of the Kingdom of Cambodia and appointed by the Royal Decree to the position of CMAA Advisor with the title of His Excellency KHENG SOKHA, which holds the rank equivalent to that of Director General.
Mr. Kheng Sokha was born in Russey Keo Commune, Prek Prasop District, Kratie Province. He obtained his Master of Business Administration and has many years of experience working with and managing major national and international companies in the Kingdom of Cambodia from 2005 to 2019. Over the past fourteen years, he has acquired experience in business management, bringing success to those companies he served. He also contributes substantially to social services.
Project Management & Development Advisor (International)
Dr. J. Srilal R. Perera is a Chartered Civil Engineer. His professional career spans over Forty Years in Project Management Services of Infrastructure Development in Foreign Funded Projects (WB/ADB) and Private Sector Infrastructure Development Projects. He holds a doctor of philosophy (PhD) degree in project management and master’s in construction engineering and bachelor’s in civil engineering. He is also a fully qualified Cost & Management Accountant of the Institution of Cost & Management Accountants in London, England. Academic Research: Dr. Perera was lecturer in Project Management (1978-1985) at the University of the West Indies, Trinidad, where he was involved in teaching and research activities in project planning & control using linear programming, project scheduling and cost controlling aspects. Project Management & Contract Administration: Dr. Perera has many years of experience in Project Management involving feasibility studies, detail design development, contract documentation, and supervision of construction. These projects include foreign funded projects and private sector development projects. He works as International Project Management Specialist | Chartered Civil Engineer in funded projects and has led project teams in infrastructure development in various infrastructure development facility developments. Dr. Perera’s involvement in infrastructure development projects include; campus master plan development; heritage building conservation; landscape restoration; health infrastructure facility development; irrigation technical audits; local government infrastructure improvements; education infrastructure facility development; tsunami disaster re-construction; irrigation project implementation & operational manuals; productivity enhancement of irrigation tank settlements; rehabilitation of small irrigations schemes; development of multi-story vehicle parking facilities; hydro-power plant development; reservoir improvements and commercial & residential building infrastructure developments.
